Decision Breakdown Structure (DBS)
The Decision Breakdown Structure is analogous to a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in program management. It is a method to express the project as a number of decisions that need to be addressed and allows scheduling/sequencing and management of the risks of decisions in a project.
